Order Form when using your Student Materials Allowance
Please use this order form to send your orders through, using your Student Materials Allowance, you MUST use your UWE email address otherwise your order will NOT be fulfilled. Please include your Student number, and product number with quantities. You can find the product numbers in the catalogue next to the product name. Please can you make sure you have enough credit on your card before purchasing any items, you can find out your credit by ringing 01173284774. If an item is out of stock we will try and substitute the product, however this may not always be possible. We will send you an email detailing if there is any substitution. We cannot send out any items on the Click & Collect section, if we find that you have added one of these items we will not process it and will let you know asap. Please note: Our Delivery costs have changed, each item will have a weight next to it, please see Royal Mail prices for weight costs. There is a calculator on the main page to help you find the delivery cost of your purchases. Please note: If you would like to collect your purchases from the Art Shop, please type in Art Shop Collection in the Delivery Address Product codes can be found in the main catalogue, it will be a 3 digit number, please look at the samples below.
